3. Fry the cutlets:

– Fry the breaded cutlets, one or two at a time, for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crisp. Be careful not to overcrowd the pan.
– Transfer the cooked cutlets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. Keep the schnitzels warm in a low oven while frying the remaining cutlets.
