Instructions:
1. Prepare the Tofu: Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cube the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the Tofu: In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.

4. Add Curry Paste: Stir in the Thai green curry paste and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the paste releases its aroma.

5. Simmer: Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth, allowing it to simmer. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

6. Season: Add the soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice to the pan. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

7. Combine: Finally, add the cooked tofu back into the pan and gently stir to coat the tofu with the curry sauce. Allow it to heat through for 1-2 minutes.

8. Serve: Serve the Thai Green Curry hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Accompany the dish with a side of cooked jasmine rice.
